The history of Physics, How physics came into being?

In todays world, almost everything is the product of Physics. It will be not fair if we don't count the blessings of Physics upon us. From the door bell to Telephone, from bus to Aeroplane, from lasers to the LEDs, everything, almost everything is a gift of Physics for we the human beings. We can get access to different TV channels and can talk to our friends, lovers, and family living in our own room by the help of internet which is also a true sign of the role of Physics in our daily lives.
But wait...
Did we ever think about the origin of Physics?
From where this subject come from?
Is it something revealed or man worked on it at any extent?

The answers of above questions are quite simple. We will try to know the history/origin of the Physics in a story like manner.
Long time ago, at the beginning, man was wondered from his surroundings. He was amazed of the blue sky, the mighty mountains, fire, insects wandering around him, changes in weather, hotness and coldness of the body, the growing of plants from very little seeds, things falling only in downward direction rather than upward... These type of questions compelled man to search and collect the reasons for every phenomenon taking place around him. He started to think and he definitely got reasons for many of the phenomenons. Thousands of years later, Man was succeeded in getting a vast knowledge about the stuff around him. But the knowledge he gathered was totally mixed, e.g, the knowledge was contained of both living and non living things. With the passage of time, the amount of knowledge were increased at enormous rate and it became difficult for any individual to master in it and to work and also to remember that vast knowledge.
Man has always tried to minimize the problems he is facing by creating variety of solutions for his problems.
The same happened at that time. for the sake of easiness, the total knowledge gathered was diivided into two main disciplines which are the science of living things and second is the science of non-living.
The science of living things includes Biology and Chemistry while the science of non living includes the king of the sciences, the mother of modern inventions literally known as 'Physics' (which is our topic of discussion).
Physics deals with the study of matter and energy.
Physics can be viewed as two different categories, Classical physics or Newtonian Physics and Modern physics or Quantum Physics.
Even Physics itself is so vast and wide that it has further branches, some of them are:

  • Heat and Thermodynamics
  • Atomic physics
  • Optics
  • Heat
  • Mechanics
  • Electronics
  • Molecular physics
  • Particle physics
  • Nuclear physics
  • Relativity....... etc

We will discuss these branches and a lot more in our next writing.
I am hopeful to see you next time. Your comments will be appreciated.  ðŸ’—
Good day.😊
